David commenced as the 12th Headmaster of 国产爆料 in 2022, coming from Newington College (GPS R-12 boys鈥� school) in Sydney where he was the Deputy Headmaster and Head of the Senior (7-12) Campus. Prior to Newington, David was Head of Senior School at St Leonard鈥檚 College in Melbourne and was a Boarding Housemaster for six years at Geelong Grammar鈥檚 Corio Campus and Head of Student Welfare for three years at the Timbertop Campus. David has taught Biology in the International Baccalaureate and the VCE and more recently taught Philosophy and Ethics as well as Senior Science at Newington.

David attends all Council meetings as well as the Infrastructure Committee meetings and the Finance and Audit Committee meetings.

David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a B.Ed and a M.Ed as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He is married to Sofie who is a medical doctor, and they have a son who recently graduated from PAC and a daughter.

Georgina joined 国产爆料 in 2025 in the role of Deputy Headmaster and Head of Secondary School.

Throughout her career, Georgina has fulfilled a range of executive leadership roles including Acting Head of Middle School at Wilderness School and Head of Senior School at Walford Anglican School for Girls. Her leadership journey has been defined by delivery of academic and pastoral care programs that place students in an environment of high challenge matched with high support. Caring about students, knowing when and how to stretch them and seeing their growth continues to be highly rewarding.

In her role as the Deputy Headmaster and Head of the Secondary School, key leadership responsibilities include delivery of the overall operations and pastoral programs of the Secondary School (comprising Years 7-9 and Years 10-12), Boarding House and Outdoor Education facilities. Georgina attends all Council meetings as well as Risk and compliance meetings.

Georgina holds a Double Degree from the University of South Australia: B. Applied Science (Human Movement & Health studies) and B. Education (Phys. Educ. Mid and Sec years). She additionally holds a Master of Education through the University of Melbourne and recently graduated with a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney & NSW Legal Profession Admission Board. Believing that much can be learned beyond the direct scope of her own school context, Georgina is a Branch Executive Member of the Australian Council of Educational Leadership and a member of the SACE Planning, Finance, and Performance Committee.

Jon joined the College 2024 as Deputy Headmaster / Head of Preparatory School. His career in primary education spans over 20 years and has seen him teach in a variety of schools in England and Australia.

Jon has the strategic direction of the Preparatory School which includes teaching and learning, enrolments, student wellbeing, teacher development, as well as the daily operations on the school. Jon also holds an Executive role which is responsible for the strategic improvement of the College. He is passionate about primary education and strongly believes that it is important to create environments where students, and teachers, feel supported to take risks and challenge their status quo.

Jon holds a BA(Hons) Primary Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education focussed in Teaching & Learning, as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership. Outside of PAC, Jon likes to cycle and races in Cycling Australia and Australian Masters events.

Sarah joined the College in 2024 as an experienced Director of Admissions with responsibility for enrolments from ELC to Year 12. Her career has spanned a variety of roles & management across education, the not-for-profit creative & performing arts, retail and travel sectors and most recently farming.

Sarah believes that the Admissions department of a school is the office of 鈥榝irst impressions鈥� and delivering exceptional customer experience throughout the enrolment process is crucial. As a mother of three boys and a girl she has firsthand experience and a passion for ensuring that prospective families see the value in a school community and educational environment like PAC.

As a member of the College Executive she has strategic oversight over the Admissions processes and supporting families as they make the decision to begin their son鈥檚 journey with us at PAC.

Sarah holds qualifications in Business Administration, and Admissions Management.

Liza joined the College in 2023 as Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. Her marketing career, spanning more than 25 years, has seen her hold executive roles across media, hospitality and tourism businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Liza has accountability for strategic marketing of the College - which includes all internal and external communications, social media, public relations, community engagement and events. Liza is passionate about boys鈥� education, our PAC community, and the journey our boys take from their first day at the College to long after they have left.

Liza holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Deakin University and outside of PAC, is a Director of AFL, New Zealand.

Martin joined the College as a History teacher and has had roles as Academic Leader - Humanities, Head of Year, and IB Diploma Coordinator before becoming Director of Teaching and Learning in 2022.

Martin is responsible for teaching and learning at the College from Reception to Year 12. This includes oversight of academic curriculum, assessment and reporting, and teaching pedagogy. Martin is passionate about high impact, research-based teaching methodologies and knowledge-rich curriculum which inspire boys to find their passion, fulfil their potential and be globally minded.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts 鈥� History from the University of Adelaide, Honours in History from Deakin University and completed his PGCE at the University of Exeter (UK).

Troy joined the College, in 2008, as a Physical Education teacher. An educator with over 25 years鈥� experience, he quickly assumed key leadership roles across academic, pastoral and co-curricular including Academic Leader, Year Level Coordinator, Director of Football and 1^st XVIII coach, as well as teaching to Year 12.

In 2014, Troy became our first Director of Co-Curricular Activities, a role which was elevated to the College Executive in 2016.

Troy has executive responsibility for all co-curricular programs and people, which includes sports (including athletic development), music, drama, tours and exchanges. He is also our RED Centre Manager, with accountability for its day-to-day operations.

Troy is a strong believer and advocate for the 鈥榮tudent experience鈥�, beyond the classroom, as a distinct element of an 鈥榚ducation at Princes鈥�.

Troy completed his Bachelor of Education (Secondary Physical Education) at University of South Australia and is a life member of SAAS. Outside of his roles at Princes, Troy has worked in elite sports both as a coach and in roles of talent identification.

Angela is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the People and Culture function at the College.  Starting at the College in 2017, she has a breadth of human resources experience in various sectors across her career.  Appointed to the role of Director of People and Culture in 2024, Angela oversees a team who provide advice and support to College leaders and employees 鈥� both in teaching and operational roles. 

Angela has a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Human Resources Management, and is a member of AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute).  Angela is a strong believer that our employees are our greatest asset, and an integral to the experience for our students.  With a passion for the Education sector, she values being part of a diverse and welcoming community that offers employees a variety of opportunities for professional growth, development and fulfilment.

Steve joined the College in 2010 as Director of Corporate Services. With a career in Finance, spanning more than 35 years, he has held senior and executive roles across a number of diverse industries including construction, manufacturing and banking in both Australia and England.

Steve has accountability for Finance, Information Systems Technology, Property Services, Major Projects, Catering, and Risk and Compliance. Steve is also responsible for the College Shop and some of our trading activities. Steve is passionate about the education sector and values the connection PAC has with the community.

Steve holds a Masters in Business Administration from Adelaide University.
